The Mediterranean Taco Is Absolutely Delicious!

After having exhausted all burrito combinations in Wellington, Florida (so far!) I have moved on to tacos! Tacos seem to be just what I need this summer. The hard shell tacos I dined on was absolutely exquisite. It's not often you come across such an agreeable taco for such an agreeable price. Frankly, I'm sick of the cheap fast food imitations. I want the real thing! And in this South Florida dining experience, I got it!

The first thing that surprised me was that I was served three soft flour tortillas! Not one, not two, but three! I can appreciate an establishment that satisfies my hunger, that's for sure.

When passing over to the meat section, the nice gentleman working informed me that the mediterranean was a vegetarian selection, but meat could be added at no extra charge. I decided to go with the vegetarian. Many of my friends have made this decision, and they did not regret it.

I immediately saw what the nice employee was talking about when the first ingredient was a rich black bean hummus. It looked and tasted delightful. This black bean hummus was really something!

When I saw they they were loading on diced tomatoes, my excitement was full throttle. I am a huge tomato fan. I think they really bring so much to a meal, and when she told me that Wellington cuisine bought their tomatoes through local farmers, I was hugely impressed.

When I got to the cheeses, my eyes widened. Cheese is probably one of my favorite delicacies ever, and I was overwhelmed with choices. When I asked what they suggested for the mediterranean, the employees all recommended parmesan. They really knew what they were talking about!

I was more than willing to accept another suggestion of cucumbers. This ingredient ended up being one of my favorites in the whole taco dish. It gave the taco a coolness that it would have otherwise been without!

Arguably the most important part is the sauce. For the mediterranean, you'll want to employ the balsamic vinaigrette. This is easily the best decision with this taco and you will not look back.

Nowhere in the field of healthy burrito does anything compare to the Mediterranean tacos. I am so satisfied with my purchase. I cannot wait to experience more of this fine Florida tacos.
